• Take Rte. 495 to Exit 38 - Rte. 38 (Exit 38 is south of Rte. 93 and north of Rte. 3)
• At the end of the ramp, take a right
• Follow the signs for Rte. 38N for 2 miles, and you will come to a rotary
• Go 3/4 around the rotary and follow Rte. 38N
• Stay in right lane and you will come to a traffic light, with Dunkin' Donuts on your right
• At this traffic light, you will take a slight right (not a hard right) - follow this slight right -- this is Lakeview Ave.
• Follow for 0.1 mile and take a right - this is Coburn St.
• Polish American Veterans Club is on Coburn St., about 0.3 miles down on the right
