It's Chaotic Wrestling's biggest event of the spring, BREAKING POINT and it's coming to the Polish American Veterans Club in Lowell, MA on Friday night, May 29th!
With the implications from this past February's COLD FURY 8 still fresh on the minds of Chaotic Wrestling's fans; it's hard to believe that it's been over three months since that history-making event. On that night, all three CW titles changed hands as Chase Del Monte won the CW Heavyweight title from "The Golden Greek" Alex Arion, Demon Ortiz captured the CW New England title from The Empire's Scott Reed and "Straight Edge" Brian Fury and "The American Sasuke" Mikaze took the CW Tag Team Championship away from Brian Milonas and Sledge, also of The Empire.
In just three short months, not only are Fury and Mikaze no longer CW Tag Team Champions (they lost the straps to Danny E. and Antonio T., the New Blowout Boys on May 1st), but they now will find themselves in the ring at BREAKING POINT against...each other!
This all started when the "Manager of Champions" Sean Gorman began making brash claims that Mikaze was, in fact, the newest member of The Empire. Next thing you know, Gorman is seen at ringside during Mikaze's matches, cheering on his latest charge and even assisting in some key wins. This did not set too well with Brian Fury, obviously, but Mikaze swears he is NOT associated with Gorman in any way at all.
When Gorman decided to lend an unwanted hand in Fury and Mikaze's title defense against The Blowout Boys on May 1st, Fury had seen enough. Pushes turned into shoves and the champions lost their focus and the titles to the duo from the Bronx.
Now, Chaotic Wrestling Management has ordered the former allies to now face each other at BREAKING POINT to settle their differences once and for all. And when all is said and done, we will all find out if Mikaze truly is a member of Sean Gorman's Empire...or not!
Speaking of the new Chaotic Wrestling Tag Team Champions, The Blowout Boys and their manager, the lovely Alexxis, have issued an open challenge to any team on the Chaotic Wrestling roster. They have stated that they will defend their newly-won titles at BREAKING POINT, but against who? We'll all find out on Friday night, May 29th.
Demon Ortiz has proved to be a dominant CW New England Champion since taking the title from Scott Reed at COLD FURY 8, but Reed and his manager, Sean Gorman have made Ortiz' life a living hell by going so far as to steal the title belt in desperation since Reed has been unable to regain the title he held so proudly for nearly six months.
Ortiz doesn't like to play games. He has better things to do than chase Reed and Gorman all over the place to prove who the rightful title holder is. But even the Demon has his "Breaking Point" (pun intended) and he will settle the score in one of the most dangerous matches in professional wrestling today - a LADDER MATCH at BREAKING POINT on Friday night, May 29th.
Chase Del Monte has certainly breathed new life into Chaotic Wrestling since winning the Heavyweight title. The ever-popular champion from the Jersey Shore has turned-back challenges from former champion, Alex Arion, Scott Reed, Josh Daniels and international standout, "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards, but at BREAKING POINT, he faces his toughest challenge to date as he defends his title against the man-monster known as Sledge at BREAKING POINT.
Sledge earned his number-one ranking by virtue of a huge victory over former CW Triple Crown winner, "Hurricane" John Walters in Lawrence, MA on April 25th. Since going solo after losing the tag team titles at COLD FURY 8, Sledge has been a "One Man Riot Squad", tearing through the best Chaotic Wrestling has to offer and his pinfall victory over Walters certainly more than solidified his claim to the championship.
After Del Monte defeated newcomer Eric Andretti in a non-title match on May 1st, Sledge seized his opportunity to inflict further damage on the champion by attacking him after his hard-fought match. Sledge speared the unsuspecting Del Monte and then crushed him with his finisher, known simply as "The Thing".
Will Sledge carry this momentum into BREAKING POINT and emerge as the new Chaotic Wrestling Heavyweight Champion? Only time will tell!
Don't miss all the action as more matches will be signed in the next few days as we get closer to Friday night, May 29th and BREAKING POINT at the P.A.V. in Lowell, MA. Bell time is 8 PM. Good seats are still available, so be sure to order your tickets NOW, right here at chaoticwrestling.com. This one is sure to sellout! Don't miss it...BE THERE!!!
Until next time...
LET THE CHAOS BEGIN!!!
