12/01/10
This Friday night, December 3rd, Chaotic Wrestling returns home to the Polish-American Veterans Club in Lowell, MA for "Fan Appreciation Night". As usual, the action gets under way at 8PM, but for this special evening we're going to let you all in from the cold a little earlier (6:30PM to be exact) for some great interactive opportunities for all of our great fans!
For starters, you will be treated to a FREE autograph session with several of the Chaotic Wrestling stars. While I cannot confirm which ones will be signing, I can guarantee that many of your favorites (and some of your not-so favorites) will be on-hand to greet you as you enter the P.A.V. in Lowell.
Also, I am pleased to have the opportunity to pose for photos with all of our great fans inside the ring with the gold and silver belts belonging to the current champions in Chaotic Wrestling. Again, this is another FREEBIE for all of our loyal fans in Lowell. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for your continued support!
In addition to all this, we will be having some great raffles and giveaways throughout the evening. And for the best part...tickets for "Fan Appreciation Night" are just $10.00 for adults and children age 10 and under will get in for just $4.00.
Now, on to the action. Already signed will be a match for the Chaotic Wrestling Tag Team Championship, as the new champions, Matt Logan and Julian Starr will defend their newly-won titles against the former champions, Fala and Kongo, République, accompanied by the "Manager of Champions" Sean Gorman and Head of Security, Tony Omega.
Logan and Starr found themselves without their usual tag team partners recently at an event in Woburn, MA. Matt's brother Bryan has been sidelined with a broken wrist while Starr's partner, Chase Del Monte was unable to compete after suffering a concussion at the hands of the new team of The Alliance of Violence (Gino Martino and Demon Ortiz) on Oct. 22nd in Lowell.
Chaotic Wrestling Officials deemed Logan (a four-time holder of the tag team titles, who had pinned Kongo in a singles bout recently in Lowell) and Starr (a former New England titlist) more than worthy to challenge the duo from the People's republic of Kongo for the tag team titles they had held since defeating the Logan Brothers at BREAKING POINT on June 18th.
Logan and Starr showed great cohesiveness in the title match and when all was said and done, it was Matt Logan connecting with his "Flight of the Concord" off the top rope onto the mighty Kongo (who stumbled over a fallen Julian Starr in the center of the ring) to secure the pinfall and win the titles for the newly-formed duo.
Will the "Manager of Champions" be able to get his jungle savages back on the winning track to recapture the titles and bring them back to "The Empire"? We'll all find out this Friday night in Lowell at "Fan Appreciation Night".
Also signed will be a $5,000 Challenge Match as another charter member of "The Empire", "Straight Edge" Brian Fury will put the cash on the line against former two-time Chaotic Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, Handsome Johnny.
Since instituting the $5,000 Challenge over six months ago, Fury has turned back the challenges of such stars as Psycho, Mike Nice, Matt Spectro, Elia Markopoulos and even Nikki Roxx. However, this Friday night, the "Handsome One" poses quite a threat to Fury and the $5,000. Handsome has been on quite a roll since returning from his near career-ending back injury earlier this year and even forced Biff Busick to leave Chaotic Wrestling after forcing the "Manliest Man" to utter the words "I Quit" in a Loser Leaves Chaotic Wrestling Match back on August 13th.
Fury will be in for the fight of his life this Friday night and if Handsome Johnny can defeat him in ten minutes, then he will be $5,000 richer.
One more exciting bout will see the Chaotic Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, "The Kingpin" Brian Milonas square off with the "Golden Greek" Alex Arion in a non-title match.
Arion, who just finished serving a 30-day suspension for his attack on Milonas in Lowell on Oct. 22nd, came up short in his last bid for the strap in Lawrence, MA on October 2nd.
On that fateful night, Arion assisted "The American Sasuke" Mikaze en route to his victory over Milonas for the CW New England title in the first bout of the evening. I should mention that Milonas was forced to defend both the New England title (against Mikaze) and Heavyweight championship (against Arion) in separate matches. After losing the New England title, an enraged Milonas attacked Arion backstage with a steel chair and then slammed his soon-to-be challenger head-first into the steel ring post. One more dreadful chairshot from Milonas put Arion at a distinct disadvantage for their main event title match.
Needless to say, Milonas triumphed over his weakened opponent and former "Big Business" ally. After winning the Tournament of Champions at BREAKING POINT, Arion could not believe that he had lost out on his opportunity to regain the top prize in Chaotic Wrestling.
So that leads us to this Friday night. Milonas vs. Arion in a non-title match. However, the following stipulations have been added: if Arion wins, he gets another shot at the heavyweight title; if Milonas wins, Arion will never receive another title shot. High stakes, indeed!
Be sure to join us this Friday night for "Fan Appreciation Night" in Lowell! Get your discounted $10.00 tickets now at chaoticwrestling.com before they sell out!
Until next time...
LET THE CHAOS BEGIN!
